Working hours
Our working week is 38 hours – from Monday to Thursday, 7.00 am to 4.00 pm, and on Fridays until 11.00 am. This leaves plenty of time for family, leisure and relaxation after a productive day at work.
Holiday
With 30 days’ annual leave, we create the space to recharge our batteries, find a work-life balance, relax and find fresh motivation for our daily working lives.
Remuneration system
Our remuneration is based on a transparent system: a fixed basic salary in line with the HOVEN pay scales and a variable performance-related bonus based on clearly defined criteria – fair, transparent and free from any ‘personal bias’.
13th month’s salary
We reward commitment and performance with a 13th month’s salary, split into holiday pay and a Christmas bonus. This means our employees benefit twice a year from their hard work.
In-house collective agreement
Our in-house collective agreement sets out clear and reliable rules, covering everything from allowances for early and late shifts to overtime and role-based allowances. This ensures transparency and fairness for all employees.
Suggestion scheme
Good ideas pay off here: employees who help improve our profitability through their suggestions are rewarded with a bonus or financial incentive. This is how we encourage initiative and collaborative thinking.
Profit-sharing
If a set turnover target is met, all employees benefit from a tiered annual profit-sharing scheme. This is how we share our success in a fair and motivating way.
Reward system
We value health and reliability: anyone who meets certain attendance targets receives a reward of €50 on a shopping card. It’s an incentive that boosts both motivation and well-being.
FOT
Company pension scheme: although this is required by law, we provide a little extra financial support on top of that.
Bike leasing
Bicycles of any kind can be leased through the company for employees and their partners – including a subsidy.
